Chef Doignon

Chef Jean-Pierre Doignon, former owner-chef at "La Cheminee´ Restaurant in Kings Beach, Lake Tahoe, as featured in Gourmet Magazine, Bon Appetit Magazine, Californian Magazine, The San Francisco Chronicle and the Reno Gazette, is now preparing his specialties at "Le Bistro" Restaurant & Bar in Incline Village.

Chef Jean-Pierre trained in his native town of Chagny in Burgundy, France, at the famous Three Star Michelin Guide, "Lameloise", and while there received the prestigious "Best Apprentice of France."
He Continued his career in Paris, Canada, the Bahamas, Mexico City, Atlanta, New Orleans, Redwood City and San Francisco.

 

Consulting

Chef Jean-Pierre, and the benefit of his extensive 42 years of experience in all facets of restaurant operations and business, is available on a consulting basis to assist owners and operators to improve an existing business, develop a new menu, re-organize kitchen, purchasing or dining room operations. Also, to assist owner operators in the planning and development of new facilities, or the purchase and reorganization of an existing business.
